Alcohol- there should be lids on any drinks being sold. I watched at least 30 people get spilled on because they couldn't carry their drinks, Not to mention 1 was my daughter who for half the night smelled like she was a brewery. Maybe cups with lids like Starbucks would help. I mean it's not right. I paid alot for my tickets, I should not have to deal with that. Parking- I go to many events at the stadium but this was the first football game. The parking was much worse. Their is no control over the cars trying to leave within the lots. I sat literally in the same spot for 40 mins. Then I moved 1 car space and sat for another 20 minutes. Tailgating- I have no issues really, i get it, but there were alot of people taking up more than 1 spot and blocking the lane so cars couldn't drive down them. How do we know they paid for all those spots. I drove around longer than i should have because were taking 4 or 5 spots. Many people were in the same predicament. As we were walking to the stadium i heard other people yelling at the helpers for the same issues. A system needs to be put in place so other drivers know they are paid for. The people in charge of the lots need to enforce it also. All the concerts and other events have better control over everything. Thank you

Great time overall

My husband and I are huge Niners fans, and have gone to Training Camp in past years. We have a new baby who is 6 months old and decided to make the venture down to the stadium from the North Bay. We had a great time! The communication prior to the event with updates on tickets, entry and Covid rules was very thorough, which I appreciated. The only thing that was very confusing was that there were several references to parking passes which would be in the Niners app, and I was not able to locate any specific parking passes or info on where we were supposed to park. We ended up just randomly going to one of the parking lots and told them we didn't know how to find the passes and they just let us in. I am still not sure where I was supposed to locate parking information, despite following the instructions in the emails, so I think that piece could be communicated more clearly next time. Thanks!
